Two sales models for maximum flexibility
You want to focus on selling, not on taxes, invoices, and reminders. With ablefy, you decide for yourself how much of that you’ll handle yourself and how much you’ll delegate. There are two sales models to choose from: You can either sell in your own name or let ablefy handle the entire process.
Reseller Model (Merchant of Record)
Here, you just focus on your product; ablefy takes care of the rest. We act as the seller and handle tax calculations, invoicing, and reporting requirements—even internationally. We also manage your collections process. Once a month, you’ll receive a credit note that you can simply report as income on your tax return. This is the perfect model if you want to focus entirely on selling and keep your bookkeeping streamlined.
Sell on your own behalf
You are the direct contractual partner of your customers and retain full control. Your name appears on the invoice, you handle the sales tax, and you can withdraw your earnings as early as seven days after the transaction. In return, you pay lower transaction fees. This is the right model for you if you’re in good standing with the tax authorities and want to manage billing and contracts yourself.
